Strip-Brite 225 contains Methylene Chloride and Phenol.  Use only in well ventilated areas.  Avoid ingestion, prolonged inhalation, and contact with skin, eyes and clothing.  Use a face shield and solvent resistant clothing when handling or working with this product.  Plexiglas and rubber should be protected from contact with this paint remover.  Other surface materials may also be incompatible with Strip-Brite 225; test small area to ensure proper results.

Strip-Brite 225 should be used full strength at 65 - 85 ˚ F.  Apply a thick and even coat with a non-atomizing spray or brush.  Allow sufficient time for paint to loosen and then agitate with a stiff bristle brush.  Check if paint has been completely removed; if not apply a second coat of Strip-Brite 225.  When stripping is complete, rinse with cold or warm water at 50 psi or higher.

Strip-Brite 225 is a phenolic-type paint remover formulated to strip tough coatings from many surfaces, including aluminium.  Strip-Brite 225 is a pH neutral gel that clings to vertical surfaces.  Low Methylene Chloride content meets Government of Canada aviation environmental standards for December 2003.  Strip-Brite 225 will not cause hydrogen embrittlement to high strength steel as per MIL-R-81294 test.  It is non-flammable and formulated with a superior detergent system to allow for easy rinsing.
