ChemBrite solutions for:

  Industrial Valve Remanufacturing

Formulated for use in hot spray or tunnel washers, Phos-Brite 251 is a multi-metal iron phosphating compound designed to treat steel, aluminum, zinc and some colour metals prior to painting. This product:

1. Cleans the metal of oil, grease and dirt.
2. Removes oxidation from the metal surface.
3. Conditions the surface for phosphate deposit.
4. Deposits a controlled amount of phosphate on the surface.
5. Protects treated parts from corrosion.
6. Provides a base for paint adhesion or lubricant retention.

Phos-Brite 251 incorporates superior surfactants and activators to produce smooth and uniform phosphate coating on most common metals, including hot rolled steel. When properly applied, the phosphate coating will have a characteristic blue colour on cold rolled steel. On other metals it may be clear, gold or grey. Phos-Brite 251 cleans extremely fast ( 30-60 seconds ), requires no costly additives, and never over-phosphates at proper concentration. Completely non-hazardous and biodegradable.

Formulated for use in hot pressure washers and steamers, Phos-Brite 250E is a multi-metal iron phosphating compound designed to treat steel, aluminum, zinc and some colour metals prior to painting.

Phos-Brite 250E incorporates superior surfactants and activators to produce smooth and uniform phosphate coating on most common metals, including hot rolled steel. When properly applied, the phosphate coating will have a characteristic blue colour on cold rolled steel. On other metals it may be clear, gold or grey. Phos-Brite 250E cleans extremely fast ( 2-3 passes ), never over-phosphates at proper concentration and does not require rinsing when used below 1  %. Completely non-hazardous and biodegradable.

Strip-Brite 227 is an organic-acid formulation developed for fast removal of difficult paints, organic coatings, rubber and carbon.  Designed for dip-tank applications, Strip-Brite 227 is a thin liquid with a floating wax seal to prevent evaporation.  Baked-on powder epoxy is normally removed in about 5 minutes and paint line hooks with 20 or more coats are spotless in 20 to 30 minutes. A one hour dip will clean a piston of almost all black carbon deposits.  Strip-Brite 227 is safe to use on most metals, including aluminum.

Strip-Brite 222 is an acidic-type gel paint remover formulated to strip tough coatings from many surfaces, including aluminium.  Strip-Brite 222 clings to vertical surfaces and to the underside of horizontal surfaces.  Rinses-off easily at low pressure and forms a visible film during rinsing which aids in stripper removal.  Strip-Brite 222 offers versatility, quick stripping speed and multi-layer paint removal.
